He's a chibi now. Chibis are cool.
I wasn't too pleased with the shading, and he's a bit disproportionate, but the background is lovely I think.

This is very cute :) I Love the colors and the clock behind the pic, I Don't know much about Doctor who but I've heard people talk about it here and there, otherwise this is very outstanding.

The background is very awesome looking and the clock is very awesome :)

I Can see this was made in Sai. But other words this was good :D very well done Halycon :)

And also a Nice job on the clock, I can never this good ^^; but I am trying to :) Chibis look very hard for me even I tried once but you seem to do so well on them :) I May request ya on one! If you would do that ^^; well this is great!

aw eleven is such a cutie *u* good job sweetie

although the suspenders bother me, suspenders go over the shoulders (for holding up pants!)
and you have them coming out of his chest area, they should hook over the shoulders like this [link]
